Job Description

I am currently helping a NHS organisation recruit for an Principal Information Analyst.Main areas of responsibility include:

  • Develop and deliver the most effective insight-driven, analytics visualisation and reporting to our customers
  • Management of analysts (as required according to the specific structure of the local system team), directly educating and providing support on effective insight-driven, analytics visualisation and reporting to our
  • customers
  • Work with customer stakeholders to understand business needs and provide specialist analytical advice and insight to inform decisions making and service transformation.
  • Develop and deliver tailored analytics aligned to the customer strategic ambitions and working with the delivery centres to share knowledge and intelligence to scale and share outputs across organisation.
  • To develop and provide subject matter expertise on specific portfolios or localities as agreed with the Intelligence Partner and customer lead
Essential Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge of Health Informatics
  • Experience using reporting tools
  • Highly proficient with MS Office-particularly powerpoint and excel modelling
  • Power BI Skills
  • SQL Skills
  • Appreciation for relationship between NHS England, Health and Wellbeing Boards and individual provider and commissioning organisations
  • Highly competent and have the ability to work autonomously.

  • Travel Requirements: Full Remote Work
  • Contract Length: 3 Months
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Pay Band: 7-8A
  • IR35: Inside
