Our client is a successful firm of Insurance brokers with multiple offices in London & the Home Counties.As a result of expansion, the CEO is looking for someone to take the reins and drive the business forward.Aspects of the role will involve travel between sites & assisting in/identifying Acquisitions as well being heavily involved in all aspects of driving the business forward.What we are looking for:Proven track record and extensive experience in Leadership, particularly within the Commercial Insurance sectorStrong client focus.Highly developed interpersonal skills - team leadership, relationship building, communication.Experienced people manager with experience in L & DStrong experience of planning, resolving problemsBroad business acumen.Salary & Package is negotiable, and equity may be an option.
