An opportunity to be part of the senior leadership team of this privately equity backed rapidly scaling international financial Services/fintech company; who work with both B2B and B2C clients across their pan European operations.Headquartered in Buckinghamshire and Canary Wharf, the group have grown to around 200 employees via a number of acquisitions within 18 months. The role will have responsibility for the continued growth, development and delivery of the people strategy, payroll and health & safety, as well as managing a small dedicated HR team. The role will also require the HRD to be present at both offices, i.e. 3 days in one and 2 in the other (when circumstances allow).You will partner with key executives across the international business to drive the people agenda in an environment experiencing significant and external change, to ensure alignment of culture, values and purpose to a strategic plan.The role will suit a highly experience HR professional who can demonstrate strategic, influential and commerciality with a track record of transformational change, business improvement and inspiring others whilst being resilient and focused. You will have a background of working for a similar sized organisation and a background of working within a regulated environment is also essential. Required skills
