Job Description

Data Visualizer - PowerforceFull time, PermanentSalary: Competitive basic salary + annual company bonus + parkingWorking: 35 hours per week, Monday-FridayLocation: Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire (RG41 5TS)We are looking for an experienced Data Visualizer to own and facilitate the data flow process from the field team to the client, expressing complicated data in non-technical terms.You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering accurate reporting, as per agreed customer schedule through excel and templated Power BI scorecards
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts on ways to improve the field teams performance
  • Using internal and third-party data sources to provide analysis on customer performance
  • Developing review processes to ensure data integrity is maintained
  • Questionnaire creation and refinement
  • ROI modelling and monitoring
  • Call file analysis
    • You will have:
  • Proficient in MS Office (Advanced in Excel, Access, Power BI knowledge is preferable)
  • Strong mathematical and numerical skills
  • Detail oriented, a logical mindset with solid problem-solving skills
  • Experience in presenting data
  • Good communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
