Job Description

Morgan Hunt are delighted to be working with a Education and Training provider to hire numerous Careers Advisors at multiple locations throughout South East England. Candidates will need to possess a minimum Level 4 IAG qualification. These are temporary contracts (up to 13 weeks) and pay up to £85 per day.We are looking for Careers Advisors in the following locations:

  • Surrey
  • Brighton
  • Basingstoke
  • Worthing
  • Woking
  • Hythe
  • Andover
    • The Careers Advisers will be responsible for:
  • Working with people who have attended the job centres in these locations and assisting them with careers advise, assisting them with training and guidance of how to get back into work
  • Supporting customers to address their barriers to employment by individual tailored packages of support so they have the necessary skills and confidence to secure and sustain employment
  • Coaching and mentoring and being the principle highly trusted contact to build strong positive relationships, guide, motivate, challenge, encourage and help customers obtain sustainable employment
  • Achieving delivery targets by working with customers to identify employment opportunities and support them into and during employment
    • The Careers Advisers wil need to:
  • Hold an IAG qualification minimum Level 4
  • Hold an enhanced current DBS
  • Ideally hold experience working within welfare to work
