Job Description

Goldman & Fine Group is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed Health Care Assistants to work with our client at one of its nationwide care homes.We are looking for Senior HCAs to begin at one of our client’s fantastic care homes around the UK. The chosen candidates must have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and deliver care to the highest standards. You will be working as part of a team and provide support to the nursing team.The successful candidates will have the opportunity to provide essential supportive care to patients and their families whilst working in the home.We are recruiting for highly motivated and talented Healthcare Assistants wishing to work flexibly with our Staff Bank. By joining the Staff Bank you put yourself top of the list for any shifts requiring extra staff.We are committed to continual personal and professional development.Your experience:• To support care management team in the delivery of care and management of junior staff.• Act as a role model to and supervise and train junior members of the team.• Have good communication and interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic approach to the provision of quality, effective safe care delivery.• Understand the importance of maintaining patient safety and minimising risk in accordance with policy and procedure.• Demonstrate a good understanding of the importance of supportive and flexible team working.• Eligible to work in the UK.You Must:• Be familiar with updating and editing care plans• Have 2+ years previous experience in a senior role with similar background• NVQLevel 3 in Health & Social Care is desirableHow to apply:
