MASH Manager - Excellent Authority - Unique ModelDue to internal promotion, a Local Authority in the South East with an Excellent Ofsted is looking for a MASH Manager for their Front Door Service.The Authority works under a unique model with a goal to reduce the number of children going into care, which they have succeeded consistently in the last several years. Their unique model has allowed them to achieve an Outstanding Ofsted, a model which I will be happy to discuss over the phone.They need somebody with excellent knowledge of Safeguarding Legislation, or someone with extensive experience in MASH, to join them on their journey of promoting the welfare of children and families alike in the area.
