Job Description

Job OverviewThe purpose of the role is to help deliver on-site technical support across the complete range of commercial climate control solutions, both current and existingOn-site support is provided in four main areas, they are:

  • Commissioning
  • Health Checks
  • Fault Finding
  • Investigative Works
My clients goal is to deliver exceptional levels of customer service and to be a solutions provider in all areas of the role.Skills, Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience required The role requires a strong level of technical competence, industry experience and working knowledge in air conditioning and refrigeration. The following are minimum requirements for this role:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
  • Category 1 F-Gas (City & Guilds 2079).
  • Experience working with Electrical and Electronic components and can demonstrate safe working practices.
  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience working on commercial climate control solutions
  • Familiarity and experience in commissioning, fault finding and servicing VRV, VRFs, Multi Splits etc.
  • Clean Driving License.
Key Areas
  • Perform all activities in-line with department standards and company morales
  • Effectively solve problems ensuring each activity results in clear conclusions and recommendations.
  • Produce precise, well written technical reports that are submitted on time and in full.
  • Act in a polite and courteous manner always, providing exceptional levels of customer support when dealing with customers, both on and off site.
  • Always comply with Health & Safety regulations in the course of your duties and support the administration team in the creation of risk assessments and method statements that adhere to this
  • When communicating with other areas of the business engage positively with outcomes focused on customer experience and a best in industry service
  • Track, benchmark and develop your technical ability on new and existing products ensuring the highest level of knowledge is maintain
Scale and ScopeThe role will have 5 key performance indicators relating to:
  • Representation on site
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Reports
  • Health & Safety
  • Technical Ability
Performance will be measured monthly and reviewed quarterly. As part of either a performance related bonus scheme or an annual bonus scheme
