Care Assistant: South CaveFrank & Partners are a fast-growing company in search of a pool of compassionate and skilled healthcare workers to offer close 1:1 support to a client in a care home setting.As a staffing agency our role is to provide relief support to our clients when they experience gaps in their staffing rotas. Our duty is to support the existing team with exceptional service, standards, compassion and care. Frank & Partners have raised thebar and we are committed to re imagining the future of care.About the job:We have been trusted with providing daily one:one care for a gentleman client who resides in a care home.This is a highly responsible role that requires you to provide constant one:one care and support to a vulnerable person. One:one care and support can be defined as anything from companionship, conversation and games to personal care such as feeding, washing,shaving, dressing and assisting with the toilet.You will also need to log all activities and observations throughout the shift, leaving detailed notes for other staff members and families.You will be required to ideally choose up to 3-4 shifts per week which will be from 10am-8pm in South Cave so its essential that you can make your way to and from this location.How to apply:Upon applying for this role you will be enrolled into a registration process which will involve checking of items such as DBS, care training, identification and so on.
