Job Description

Office Administrator Meyer Scott Ref: VR/08550Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 per annum full time (pro-rata for part-time)Location: SomershamType: PermanentOur client manufactures and supplies natural building materials across East Anglia They specialise in a variety of materials such as clay, chalk, and native hardwood to make and supply a natural brick that for single walls and entire buildings.Duties:

  • Answering the telephone and assisting callers with enquiries, directing calls when necessary. Taking messages.
  • Monitoring and responding to enquiries and messages received via website.
  • Promoting business and products using Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
  • Processing payments for purchases made on-site using PDQ card machine.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Hours: Part-Time - can fit around school hours.The role is working on-site at Customers home premises within an office on your own.
