Easily accessible from the Solihull, Garretts Green and Hall Green.This market leading furniture / lifestyle solutions brand can offer pay rates starting from £11.50 up to £12.50 per hour with shift allowance premiums applied if you ever move onto a rotating shift patternPermanent salaries are subject to increases based on performance.This is an excellent opportunity for a Skilled Assembler with an automotive manufacturing background, or someone seeking progression in the early stages of an assembling career. The company are in a strong position to offer a permanent contract based on performance,time keeping, and attendance being demonstrated at a high standard.It is vital that all applicants come from a factory environment, being able to work to strict targets and work well as part of a team.
