SF Recruitment are recruiting for a Buyer to focus on the indirect spend for a company based in Solihull 6 Months fixed term contract Job Purpose Develop and implement group category strategies for indirect spend, that drive continuous long-term improvements in quality, cost and delivery performance and provide competitive advantage to the Business, its customers and suppliers. Responsible for making sourcing and executing recommendations/approvals in accordance with the delegated authority policy and agreed category strategy. Operates with the Procurement team to ensure supplier commercial issues are resolved effectively and efficiency and tracked through reporting methodology. Develop strong market knowledge of indirect categories, including future trend, cost characteristics, statutory legalisation and developments within the sector.
