Job Description

Are you a determined, experienced and creative Head Chef looking for a role that offers true autonomy in the kitchen Would you like a role where you can instil your values, create a great kitchen culture and take full ownership of the culinary offeringYoull be responsible for:

  • Delivering and creating sustainable, seasonal menus that are locally sourced and influenced by the seasons.
  • Managing all culinary aspects of the hotel from breakfast, restaurant service, weddings and corporate events.
  • Work closely with the GM and senior management team to craft an exceptional guest experience.
  • Leading, developing and inspiring chefs of all levels.
In return for an excellent salary of £45,000 youll also receive:
