Their long term aim is to continually grow the company by being the logistics partner of choice in every market sector they compete in.The Role-This role will require you to directly deal with customers and a 3rd party warehouse. You will organise and prioritise Orders, Sales and Product queries to ensure you can deliver the highest possible customer experience.The Ideal Candidate- The Ideal candidate should have good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages. You should be organised and capable of prioritising your workload. The right team member should know the importance of systems, details and have experience in processes management. Previous experience or a passion for Horticulture, Floristry or Home Décor would be a real advantage.Responsibilities-* Process all orders received on the E-Commerce site* Enter new sales orders received outside of E-Commerce site onto Unleashed (UL), our inventory management system* Prepare shipping notes and send to Warehouse to ensure all orders get processed and shipped in priority order* Set up new customer details on our cloud-based system UL* Respond to customer queries on our live chat box and interact with the team to ensure smooth transfer of information* Respond in a timely and professional manner to customer queries and complaints received by phone or email* Update product records on our WooCommerce site* Set up new product records on UL and WooCommerce* Enter purchase orders on UL and prepare information for the warehouse ready for product arrival* Photography of new and existing products for Web use, customer queries or social media promotion.* Communicate and interact directly with warehouse team to check products, orders and shipping details* Various administrative tasks to provide back up support to teamSkills and Experience* Passion/experience in Horticulture, Floristry or Home Décor * Good computer skills* Good written and verbal communication skillsPersonal Characteristic and behaviours* Organised and good at time management* Works well in a team environment* Works well independently* Confident and friendlyOffering* £24,000 Salary
