Job Description

Venue Manager - Near Windsor - up to £50,000We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Venue Manager to join the team at this stunning Meeting and Events venue between Slough and Windsor.As Venue Manager, you will be responsible for dealing with and converting enquiries, developing business opportunities and delivering impeccable service across all areas, whilst demonstrating a warm and friendly approach to guests, whilst supporting anddeveloping more junior team members.The PlaceOur client is a dedicated Meeting & Events Venue nestle in over 50 acres of grounds in Berkshire between Slough and Windsor. Our client has event spaces to cater from 2 - 500 people including a beautiful marquee.The PerksThe Venue Manager will receive:

  • A competitive salary of up to £50,000 dependent on experience

The PersonThe successful Venue Manager will have the following:
  • Experience as a Venue Manager or Senior Hotel Manager in a similar type of luxury environment.
  • Experience with hotel sales
  • The ability to manage a team
  • Be a great communicator with a dynamic approach
  • A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
  • As the property is located on the outskirts of Slough and Windsor, having your own reliable transport is essential.
