They are market leaders in their industry, and due to an increase in workload, they now require a Technical Support Engineer to join their engineering team.In this role, you will work closely with the network of installation partners, offering technical support on new installation and commissioning projects. You will work remotely with the occasional onsite visit, where you will guide the installer through the commissioning phase. All product training will be part of a long-term development plan, where you will transition into an accredited assessor and industry-approved trainer.The ideal candidate will come from a heating background working with either heat pumps, heating products or gas boilers, focusing on customer management.The Role:
