Job Opportunity: Social Worker x3 (Community Mental Health, CMHT)Directorate: People AdultsHours of Work: Full-time, 37 hours per weekContract: PermanentLocation: Slough CMHT, New HorizonsAn Enhanced DBS is required for this role.This is an open vacancy and will close upon successful appointment.An Exciting Time to Join!We are seeking fully-qualified, experienced Social Workers who are passionate about providing exceptional care to service users in need. Join our Community Mental Health specialist team where you will play a vital role in assessments, care planning, and servicepurchasing.Responsibilities:

  • Manage caseload within relevant legislation, offering advice, interventions, and advocacy.
  • Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to support clients and carers effectively.
Requirements:
  • Recognized social work qualification (CQSW, CSS, Dip SW).
  • Ability to adapt to a changing organizational environment.
  • Proficiency in IT packages such as Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
