Customer Service Adviser, Slough: Dealing with key clients and managing the accounts, this role will involve all areas of a busy Business to Business Customer Service.Client DetailsA market leading business whose clients/customers include the largest hotels, gyms and Cruise ships in the country. This is business is close to key public transport links and has free parking.DescriptionCustomer Service Adviser, Slough: Dealing with key clients and managing the accounts, this role will involve all areas of a busy Business to Business Customer Service.· Providing leading edge "Proactive" & "Reactive" contact strategies to our customers· All ares of B2B Customer Service on telephone, email and occasional face to face onsite meetings· Measuring and reporting. Agree priorities and standards and then manage the CS team to deliver them.· Manage all customer service processes, remembering that we are becoming more proactive and engaging with customers.· Co-ordinate customer projects, including mobilisations, special events and bespoke requests from the customer.· Involvement in documenting customer processes.· Use of Excel and SalesforceProfileCustomer Service Adviser, Slough:You will have have excellent office based Business to Business Customer Service Experience· Strong influencing and negotiation skills.· Demonstration of strong financial acumen to understand the impact of commercial decisions on the business.· Ability to build good, sustainable relationships with Customers and wider functions.· Self-motivated and the ability to work on own initiative.· Ability to demonstrate determination in setting personal objectives and the achievement of goals.· Tenacity to deliver exceptional customer service.· Well organised and methodical in approach to drive accurate solutions for our customers.· Proven ability to meet targets with a positive record of achievement of stretching KPIs & objectivesIdeally you will have worked in a gym a hotel or a cruise-ship at some point in your career.You will be available to work in the office Mon - Fri, 8 - 4 or 9 - 5 and every six weeks work a weekend Sat 9 -2 and Sun 9 - 12.It is preferable that you drive so that you can attend onsite customer meetings.Job OfferSalary of circa £25,000 - £35,000 dependant upon experience. This role would ideally suit someone with circa 3 years plus experience (or equivalent), however, as reflected by the salary bandwidth the client will consider applicants earlier in their careers.
