Service Advisor - Slough - Basic Salary - £30000 - OTE £38000 - Attractive Benefits Package - No Saturdays -Our client, a busy franchised car dealership, in Slough has the requirement for an experiencedService Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team. ResponsibilitiesAs a Service Advisor your responsibilities will include: ·Meet and Greet Customers ·Explain to customers the work due to be carried out on their vehicle ·Accurate completion of courtesy car insurance paperwork ·Calling customers with progress updates and advise of any work needed ·Liaising with the Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting Team and Drivers. ·Invoicing work carried out ·Invoice explanation and taking payment ·Quoting, introducing and selling of Service Plans ·Ensuring all Warranty paperwork is correctly completed ·Delivering the highest level of customer service at all timesExperience, Skills & QualificationsEssential Requirements: ·12 months Service Advisor Experience ·Full UK Driving LicenceDesirable Requirements: ·Franchised Dealership ExperienceRemuneration & Benefits ·Basic Salary of up to £30,000 DOE ·On Target Earnings £38,000 ·Privately Owned Dealer Group ·Attractive Benefits Package ·4 day week possible for an experienced AdvisorWorking Hours ·Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm ·Day offofchoice at pro rata rateService Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Service Receptionist, Service Team Leader, Service Team Manager, Senior Service Advisor, Customer Service, Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead, Hayes, Egham, Beaconsfield, High Wycombe, Ascot, Bracknell, Wokingham , Reading, Southall,Uxbridge, Berkshire
