Job Description

Business Operations Systems ArchitectLocation: Birmingham or DatchetThis is an important role for the organisation, to join a key strategic project implementing new order to cash (O2C) systems. The role will then be responsible for maintaining and developing the same systems in line with future strategic goals.What you will be doing

  • Assist with the delivery and implementation of new billing and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems aimed to improve business efficiency and accuracy
  • Determines, documents, communicates and provides training for solutions to support technical design and delivering smooth system implementations continuously following the principles of agile development
  • Ensure the operations and associated procedures of business systems are efficient and effective and being responsible for overall E2E system architecture
  • Assist with developing strategies for system integration of future technology
  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the group on new product and service offerings
  • Outline source data model and target data model, including data transformation requirements
  • Align data flows between applications via integrations
    • What you will be good at
  • Experience with complex system architecture
  • Salesforce experience, ADM201 & CPQ certified
  • Ability to interpret and analyse financial data
  • Ability to resolve exceptions and disputes as well as manage client expectations
  • Advanced MS Excel Skills (Vlookup, PIVOT, IF functions) and SQL
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook
