We are currently looking for multiple Senior Software Developers to join a fully remote working team of developers spread across the UK, India and the US. This company have been operating fully remote for many years in the UK so are already fully accustomed to these new ways of working.We are looking for a true senior developer, who is happy to go above and beyond just simply coding, to sometimes help and mentor more junior members of the team and also take a lead solving problems and leading some projects. You will also need to be comfortable sometimes working independently and be self driven. When you do work as part of a team, this could sometimes be with others based in the US and India, not just the UK. So we are looking for people who on occasion might have to shift their working day to hard over with different people in other time zones.We are looking for great problem solvers, who can use everything from data logs/metrics to command line tools to help you identify and fix issues. You will also need to be proactive and be able to move fast or pivot to meet the changing requirements of the product.This companies products and technology involves mobile, web and client based applications. You will always be challenged, and with the workload ahead you will always be kept busy. There is lots of potential for where the companies products and services can go, they just need more talented developers to help make this happen! You will be providing valuable technical input to designs and the detailed implementation of solutions.
