Senior Quantity Surveyor Slough Monday - Friday (Days) 24 Month Fixed Term Contract £50,000 - £60,000 Per Annum Are you an Senior Quantity with experience in Civils, Infrastructure, Rail and drainage/wastewater projects looking for your next immediately available, days based contract position in the Slough area The company are a highly respected industry leader in their field who offer Civils, Drainage and Infrastructure for the Rail sector. Due to a securing a new, large project they are looking to expand their team on a Fixed Term Contract basis with an Senior Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will need to have a background in Civils and Infrastructure projects and who is looking for their next immediately available days based role. On offer here is an excellent opportunity for an Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking for an immediately available, days based role if wanted for a market leading Civil Engineering company. The Role:*Valuations *Develop and expand the commercial knowledge of the commercial team *Review all commercial plans to deliver maximum margin *Provide contractual advice during the tendering process Identify improvements to commercial procedures *Manage the monthly commercial audit process *Manage mediation/adjudication claims *Ensure the subcontract process is administered correctly to protect the Company The Person:*Qualified to a high standard in estimating and/or quantity surveying (Desirable) *Member of RICS or other relevant professional body, or working towards *Structural or civil engineering qualification (Desirable) *Current Driving Licence *Three years estimating experience.
