Job Title:SEN Teaching AssistantLocation: Slough, BerkshireSalary: £80-£95 a dayFull-time Contracts and Part-time Supply WorkAre you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs Do you have experience in education, care, support work, or youth work If so, Empowering Learning is looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to joinour team in Slough.As an SEN Teaching Assistant with Empowering Learning, you will have the opportunity to work in our SEN schools and provisions in Slough, supporting students with a range of needs, including challenging behavior, Autism Spectrum Disorder ASD, PMLD, and physicaldisabilities. You will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for these students, helping them reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN.- Assist with classroom activities, including lesson preparation and classroom management.- Support students with their personal and academic development.- Help manage challenging behavior and create a safe and nurturing environment.- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to meet the individual needs of students.Requirements:To become a SEN Teaching Assistant, you do not need formal qualifications, but experience working with children is preferred.
