Job Description

Role: SEN Teaching AssistantLocation: SloughSalary: £75-£90 per dayStart Date: As soon as possibleGSL Education is now hiring SEN Teaching Assistants for a school in Slough, it is a great special school for students aged 11 to 16 who have social, emotional, andbehaviouralissues. This position requires a SEN Teaching Assistant with previous experiencein a school setting or working directly with students with a variety of special needs. The ideal candidate for SEN Teaching Assistant should have:

  • Adequate references
  • Valid and up-to-date DBS certificate, or prepared to apply for one.
  • Previous experience in special needs schools is desirable.
  • Organised and efficient
  • Prominent and ambitious
To work with GSL Education as a SEN Teaching Assistant, you should:
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
  • Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
