The Sales Support Admin role is a vital position within the sales department, primarily responsible for supporting sales operations and management in a thriving retail environment.   • Supporting sales operations by maintaining sales databases
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and forecasts
  • Coordinating with the finance department to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team as required
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers
  • Contributing to the development of sales strategies and targets
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
ProfileA successful Sales Support Admin should have:
  • Ideally you will drive
  • You will be confident on the phone and in face to face customer meetings
