Recruitment Consultant - 1st Year ote £32k We are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant (although, ethusiastic and motivated individuals from other sectors will be considered) in our Slough office to further support our growth strategy and to make a significant contribution toour ongoing development as a fast growing business. We are a fast growing and aspiring recruitment consultancy, offering high quality, multi-sector recruitment services to a range of businesses.Working from a warm desk, with existing business, you will provide support on a range of Permanent, Temporary and Contract roles. We provide the necessary, support, training and resources required to assist you in achieving your career and aspirational goals.Our values and integrity are reflected in everything we do and this gives our clients and candidates the best insight during the recruitment process and ensures successful outcomes for all parties, which lead to positive long term relationships.DescriptionRecruitment consultancy is a multi-faceted sales role in which you will be responsible for developing new and existing business, as well as sourcing potential candidates, building relevant temporary, contract and permanent talent pools and managing the onboardingand offer process; ensuring a high quality service throughout the supply chain.Key Features of the role:

  • Identifying, researching and developing new business relationships in a range of industry sectors;
  • Consulting clients on the recruitment process; understanding their unique needs and delivering on our business promises
  • Working on a range of permanent and temporary positions with existing clients
  • Identifying sales opportunities and canvassing for new business via a combination of telephone, face to face and online sales;
  • Generating appointments and meetings with prospective and existing clients to further develop business relationships;
  • Sourcing, head hunting and attracting passive/active candidates within your sector;
  • Creating effective job adverts and advertising vacancies and assignments using a selection of offline and online digital mediums;
  • Managing the end to end recruitment process from interview to offer stage;
  • Applying out of the box thinking and creative solutions in order to add value to our unique service offerings;
  • Learning and developing polished skills in providing Permanent, Temporary and Contract based recruitment support (ongoing training provided).
Profile- A strong relationship builder who enjoys meeting new people- Experienced within Recruitment (or other sales industries) and able to demonstrate competency in the different elements of the recruitment process- Tenacious and resilient; with excellent communication skills- Target and results orientated, with a solutions focused approach- Strong sales ability, with a persuasive nature and good commercial acumen- A Team player who is driven to achieving results and fulfilling business promises to clients and candidates- Must have a Full UK/EU Driver’s Licence, with access to your own carJob Offer/Benefits
