Vanta are currently looking to add Recruitment Consultant to our teams based in Slough, High Wycombe and Reading. The business opened in June 2017 backed by Recruit Ventures and is already very successful with a growingand loyal client base. You will ideally have industrial, hospitality or driving recruitment experience.We are seeking someone with a positive personality, who can communicate at all levels and who has the ability to identify and develop sales opportunities. An excellent telephone manner and a willingness to work both individually and as part of a strong existingteam is key. You must be organised, focused and driven, and as we have a lot of face to face contact with our clients, you would ideally hold a driving licence.Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on experience, and commission is will be guaranteed for the 1st six months whilst you find your feet and then uncapped.
