Job Description

Reception Desk Administrator, £22k, Slough BasedOur client is a rapidly growing medical services provider that is delivering Covid-19 screening solutions to the film and media industry.They are helping to make sure that our favourite films and TV programmes get made. While the projects range from one-off productions to Hollywood blockbusters, it is far from glamorous work. Schedules can be demanding and requirements can change quickly. This means that we are seeking robust people who love a challenge and have a flexible attitude.We are adding to a growing team of sadmnistrators with a full driving licence and your own transport, and be happy to work on a rotating shift patternWhat happens after Covid-19 Our client is rapidly developing new screening and medical services to provide to a select target audience as part of a long-term growth strategy. This means that prospects exist within the business once the pandemic is a thing of the past. That is one of the reasons why our client is engaging scientists and lab technicians on a permanent basis and not fixed term contracts.

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, nurses and HCAs arriving at the site.
  • Leading the processing of the concierge swabs and be the first point of contact for queries around arrival of specific swabs
  • Communicate with other members of the concierge team to ensure that all swabs are allocated in a timely manner.
  • Lead the allocation of new swabs to nurses, drivers and HCAs.
  • Conduct office administrative tasks including monitoring PPE and office equipment stock
  • Conduct projects to support the needs of the department and the wider business development
  • Champion the WASP swab administration Program and be the first point of contact for WASP queries from other members of the concierge team
  • Working as part of the team on the Concierge Service Desk to ensure that all contact with customers and employees reflects the companys consistent delivery of the highest quality standards of customer service
  • Complete postal test set up & delivery as required per production
  • Any other reasonable request, as required by Management.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, rostered to work anytime between the hours of 6.00am - 11.00pm, Monday to Sunday, on 8 Hour shifts depending upon the needs of the business.If you would like to join an exciting company with opportunities to grow, please apply now
