Job Description

A brand new Senior Administrator role has been created withing the document control/projects department of this impressive and successful award winning business. Working a in a small specialist and friendly team within the organisation in a role that willinclude the follow (training on specific systems/packages can be provided if necessary. Working with the team to achieve:-

  • Uploading and sorting documentation to SharePoint
  • Receiving Information on E Mail / Aconex / Project Plus, so any knowledge and ability to navigate around these would be helpful - or at least good technical aptitude to learn these packages
  • Creation of Document registers / Drawing registers
  • Administration and collating of all addendum information
  • Administering for a number of different tenders at one time
  • Liaising with with the Team to achieve project plans
