Procurement Administrator, Slough: Working as part of the procurement team you will work closely with sales to deliver our customer product requirements. They offer a quick and easy access green and sustainable promotional product.DescriptionProcurement Administrator, Slough o Processing all orders through the ERP system, from release through to deliveryo Including all purchase orders to suppliers, and artwork proofs and tracking details to clientso Updating and managing the production scheduler ensuring good communication with saleso Resource planning including capacity for external outworkerso Assist with assembly and fulfilment including external drops and pickso Receive goods in and out including labelling, bookings etco Processing imports and exports in compliance with regulations and legislationo Manage the client sampling process including post office dropso Sourcing components including raw materialso Work safely and within the health & safety procedureso Maintain all production recordso Carry out regular stock takes and update the ERP systemo Ensure stock levels are maintained and accurateo FIFO: First In First Out of stock controlProfileThe candidate must have the willingness to learn and the will to succeed, and a key eye for detail.
