We are undergoing growth and expansion, searching for a practice development manager to join our busy team in a key position in our Slough office with excellent career progressionprospects. The firm services wide ranging clients, from small sole traders, partnerships through to larger limited company SMEs and OMBs and the firm also has a number of larger clients/ corporate and groups/charities.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Practice Development executive to join our growing team. Reporting into the managing director, youll be working with a growing team to develop and expand the client base while ensuring risk free operations. For this role good communication,presentation and management skills are a priority.The key responsibilities of the practice development manager will include: Working with the managing director to develop and expand the firms client base Maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure efficient and effective operations Develop and implement risk management policies for UK and overseas office Research and support on strategies for sales development Provide support on the tendering and oboarding processes Track staffing requirements for Uk as well as overseas office to ensure timely delivery of projects Travel to our overseas office to ensure compliance with the UK regulatory and licencing requirements Ensure firms activities remain on time and within a defined budget
