Job Description

PlumberOur Client is a UK leading plumbing company, who are looking for experienced and motivated plumbers, to operate in and around SloughHours: 08:30 - 17:30 (Monday to Friday) 2 Saturdays required on average twice in 10 weekSalary: £33,000 - £36,000 BASIC (Dependent on experience) Potential earnings with overtime and bonus £42,000You will carry out reactive repairs, maintenance, and installations to plumbing and heating systems in domestic and commercial properties, also responding to emergency call outs when on call. When on call you will primarily be attending customers with Plumbingemergencies.Duties & Responsibilities

  • To operate as an effective member of the team
  • All works to be carried out to water and building regulations
  • A high standard of communication including dealing with challenging situations
  • Continual communication via telephone, interactions & E-mails to keep all customers informed and managing the customer journey & expectations
  • Capturing of all information required to completely understand the work carried out
  • The efficient closing down of all work completed
  • Seeking commercial opportunities and sales through Best Advice
  • Achieving strong performance in SLAs set by the business; including productivity, recall rate, customer service scores
