* ParaplannerJob Description Para-Planner Financial Services DepartmentMain ObjectiveTo join our financial planning team as part of a large accounting and legal firm. You will support three financial planners in all aspects of the department from new business production to ongoing client care. Reporting to the Partner of Financial Services.Main Duties* Portfolio valuations & reviews* Financial Planning Research making use of dedicated software* Producing compliant client reports (both standard and one off) for the Advisers, initially under supervision but eventually independently* General Correspondence with clients and providers* Providing technical assistance and training to administrators.Skills* Computer literate : Microsoft Office, Intelliflo Office* Confident telephone manner* Good attention to detail and ability to take initiative* Has or is working towards RO qualificationsAttributesWe require someone who will enjoy working within a small very active team. Interpersonal skills are a premium both within the firm and with clients and providers. Should be adaptable and willing to undertake tasks outside the usual range on occasions. Essentiallyan ability to fit in and enhance the team in its objectives of servicing clients of Oury Clark and new clients and connections generated by the department.This Position would suit someone who either has paraplanning experience or has been in a sales support role and now wishes to develop his/her career into a more technical role.
