Job Description

Office sales administratorLocation: SloughSalary: £27,000 to £30,000 plus quarterly bonusPackage includes: 22 days holiday, pension, and training. Duration: PermanentI am representing a very exciting career opportunity for a sales administrator with the largest power distribution product company in the entertainment industry. With an office here and in Dubai they provide essential products for live events and productionsincluding TV and film. Due to planned growth the Project management team are inviting an administrator to support the internal team. The administrator will be responsible for taking and making calls, responding to emails, maintaining customer contact, andfollowing up with quotes and orders. The role is available because the last administrator was promoted to Junior project manager. The ideal administrator will be confident in an office environment and have prior knowledge of industry products would be ideal.The role:It is an office-based admin role that will be working directly with the project managers. Closely supporting the internal team with the possibility to progress into a junior project manager position.Experience and skills required:

  • Experience in an office environment is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills. Written and verbal.
  • Team player with strong attention to detail.
  • Must have technical knowledge of electrics. Prior knowledge of industry products would be ideal.
  • Ability to problem solve and work to deadlines.
  • Full UK Driving License and own transport.
