Job Description

Ambition is working with a unique and dynamic accountancy firm in Slough who are currently seeking a Management Accountant to join their firm.The Firm:The accountancy firm has a global presence and has been established over 85 years ago. They have thrived as a business through delivering a tailored service to meet client requisite needs and positive client testimonials. You will be working alongside differentlevels and roles which will allow you to have the broadest exposure. They pride themselves on having a great work culture which is why 25% of their staff have been there over 10 years or more.Your Role

  • As a Management Accountant, you will work with a varied portfolio of clients
  • Produce annual and monthly management accounts
  • Port prepayments, accruals and journals, maintain the fixed asset register, authorise supplier invoices, expense claims and bank statements
  • Build and maintain a good working relationship with clients and deal with any queries or concerns
  • VAT returns
  • General bookkeeping
  • Chasing up outstanding invoices as requested
What you need:
  • ACCA Qualified or Qualified by Experience
  • Competent bookkeeping skills
  • Experience with VAT
  • Exceptional client handling skills
