Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to operate machines to achieve precise dimensions and surface finishes. You will be working within a team of skilled professionals, andyou will contribute to the production of top-quality products that are deployed worldwide.Machine Operator Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate machines according to specifications and instructions.
  • Load and unload workpieces onto the machine, ensuring proper alignment and positioning.
  • Adjust machine settings to control pressure, speed, and abrasive materials for optimal results.
  • Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary to maintain desired specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections of lapped components to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
Machine Operator Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
  • Understanding of machining principles and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and gauges.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
