A fantastic opening has come up for a Lead Prep Chef / Head Of Production Chef to help produce fantastic casual Brasserie quality food in one of Ruislips best restaurants. £35k - Daytimes only, NO NIGHTS! (Pls check your journey before applying, ideallyyou will drive as there are early starts twice a week)Our client would consider a really strong Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef with strong preparation skills that is ready for a step up or an established Preparation Chef for this role but you must have at least two years solid supervisory experience in a recognisablehigh quality, high volume fresh food business.
