IT Operations Graduate - Service Desk Team. Working closely with this team, as well as third party suppliers, youll increase and enhance your IT skillset, actingas initial point of contact, helping provide service desk and associated services to the wider business units, Youll also gain valuable exposure to IT infrastructure and change, assisting with various application, service and testing based projects.Reporting to the IT Services Manager, your role as IT Operations Graduatewill include, but not be limited to;
