Youll work closely with our Managing Director and senior sales staff to enhance your business development skills and our technical service team will increase your engineeringknowledge. Youll become an expert in the air compressor industry and well support you every step of the way so you become a great salesperson and an invaluable member of our team.Our client base is very broad and youll be selling to a wide range of market sectors including: · Automotive & aviation · Engineering and manufacturing · Healthcare and pharmaceutical · Scientific.Along your journey youll have the opportunity to get out in the field with the sales and service teams to further develop your career.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Internal Sales Engineer, Internal Technical SalesAs our Internal Technical Salesperson youll: · Understand our clients needs and provide them with some of the best technical solutions available · Generate new business to increase our revenue · Provide excellent aftersales support ensuring our customers keep coming back · Work closely with all departments within the business to continue growing your knowledge of the business and the air compressor marketPERSON SPECIFICATION: Internal Sales Engineer, Internal Technical SalesTo become our Internal Sales Engineer, you MUST have an engineering or technical background and ideally some business-to-business sales experience.We would particularly welcome applications from individuals with experience in air compressors, pumps, pneumatics hoses and fitting systems, but full training will be given.Regardless of your engineering / technical background, its vital that you: · Are motivated and determined to build a career for yourself · Willing to learn from our industry experts · Possess good people skills and can develop and nurture relationships with our customers· Understand the importance of great customer serviceTHE COMPANY:Were a well-established company, celebrating over 60 years of trading.
