Job Description

Role: Industry Placement Advisor - Temp to Perm - Immediate start!Location: LangleyHourly rate: up to £13.80ph + holiday accrual + Office Angels benefitsHours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pmDuration: This temp position is ongoing and to start in JanuaryOffice Angels Staines is currently seeking someone who is keen to work and support students gain valuable work experience in industry placements. This would suit someone who enjoys working customer-facing and has excellent communication skills.A day in the life of your new role;

  • You will travel to a variety of employers to carry out Placement assessments
  • Also revisiting sites to see how the students are getting on
  • You will be responsible for route planning your trips
  • Booking appointments with prospective and existing employers
  • Carry out health and safety and risk assessments, accurately recording the information
  • Meeting with the students to discuss their requirements
  • Building relationships with students and internal/external teams
To be considered for this role:
  • Confident communicator as you will be meeting employers face to face
  • Able to use Microsoft Packages, confident using Excel
  • You will have an idea of Health and Safety/Risk assessment but this is not essential
  • Full driving license
  • All positions are subject to an enhanced DBS and other necessary checks - candidates must already have an enhanced DBS or we will apply for one on your behalf
