Job Description

Exports Coordinator / Export Operator - Night Shift, AOG (Aircraft on the Ground)Must have experience of working night shifts - 4 on 4 off, 19.00 - 07.00.Our Logistics client based in Berkshire is seeking a dynamic and experienced AOG Night Shift Operator / Night Export Coordinator with excellent customer service skills and a background in AOG Exports.As AOG Exports Coordinator / Export Operator, you will have strong knowledge and experience of collating export documentation (HAWBs and MAWBs), liaising with airlines, security procedures as well as transport request and reporting.Duties and experience required:

  • Handling Aircraft on the Ground (AOG) and manage time sensitive shipments
  • Export shipments via Air / Road as per customers’ requests
  • Collation of Export documentation: Hawbs / Mawbs / Customs formalities / post flight / security procedures / routing of shipments / airline liaison / transport request and reporting / Crosstrade movements
  • Manage Export documentation to ensure Awbs are cut and completed in accordance with customer’s instructions and rated correctly as per Airlines regulations
  • Ensure Custom documentation is in accordance with supplier’s instructions including IPR / OPR / Export Licenses entries
  • Pre-alerts / Post Flights
  • Quotations

The successful AOG Exports Coordinator / Export Operator, will have experience of working on AOG’s within an export environment / freight forwarding.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.This is a permanent position, based in Berkshire and is paying a salary of up to £35,000 (DoE) + bonus.4 on 4 off Night Shift 19.00 - 07.00Aircraft on the Ground (AOG)/MAWB (Master Air Waybill)/HAWB (House Air Waybill)/Export/Night ShiftExports Coordinator / Export Operator - Night Shift, AOG (Aircraft on the Ground)
