Job Title: Executive AssistantJob Overview: The Executive Assistant will support the CEO with a range of administrative duties.This is an entry level role and is suitable for an individual who is able to use their own initiative, and can thrive in a fast paced business. The ability to multitask, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essentialin this position. This role will benefit an individual who would like to gain experience in a broad range of business functions and would be suited to someone who can think and plan ahead and be very pro-active in terms of their approach to work.Summary of Benefits:Annual leave 28 days per annum, incl. public holidaysContributory Pension SchemeCompany LaptopCompany MobileFree Car Parking on siteKey Features of the role: - Organising, facilitating and attending management meetings and events- Managing diaries and calendar entries and prepare documentation prior to meetings- Preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes and following up actions to completion- Reviewing, prioritising and responding to mail and emails- Preparing, proofreading and issuing letters, reports and documents as directed by CEO- Supporting CEO with correspondence via letter, email or phone- The maintenance of confidentiality of all information unless otherwise permitted by managementSkills and Experience Required: 1. Must have a fundamental understanding of the core functions of business operations2. Process orientated, organised and systematic with the ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines3. Able to work on own initiative and with minimal supervision4. Confident, self-starter and flexible approach5. A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role ideally6. Degree qualified (Not Essential, but desirable)7. Intermediate to advanced use of MS Office and Information Technology8. Professional Presentation and conduct9. Possess a keen eye for detail and high standards10. Strong problem solving skills11. Strong verbal communication skills are essential12. Must have good English writing skills (good ability to draft emails and other written correspondence)13. Must have a flexible approach to work and good punctualityThis role offers an immediate start and longer term progression in to a range of business support functions within the Group.We will consider recent graduates or administrators who are looking to develop into an Executive Assistant role, or more experienced PA/EAs who are seeking a new challenge. The salary offered will be dependent upon skills and experience.
