Job Description

Morgan Hunt are looking for a eRostering Facilitator to work in a NHS trust in the Slough area.

  • Pay rate: £17.00 - £18.00 per hour LTD
  • Full time
    • Responiblities:
  • An eRostering Facilitator will work with the eRostering Manager to implement and roll out of eRostering across the Trust, including expansion to other staff groups and functions (i.e. payroll interface, competences, Employee Online etc).
  • An eRostering Facilitator To provide an effective, customer focused eRostering support service, ensuring all users are adequately trained .
  • An eRostering Facilitator will develop and coordinate the delivery of training for the eRostering system.
  • An eRostering Facilitator will work within the eRostering team providing first and second-line helpdesk support.
  • An eRostering Facilitator will ensure effective communication to eRostering system users regarding roster deadlines, system updates, best practice and other changes as relevant.
  • An eRostering Facilitator will support the development of interfaces between the eRostering system and other HR systems (i.e. ESR, bank staff management system).
  • An eRostering Facilitator will provide day-to-day supervision, training and support to junior members of the eRostering team.
  • An eRostering Facilitator will deputise for the eRostering Manager during periods of absence.
