Job Description

Digital Marketing Campaign ManagerLocation: Home based at present, Commutable to Bracknell/Slough area post covid.Salary up to £30K

  • Do you have extensive knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
  • Can you write creative posts and high performing social media copy
  • This is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Campaign Manager to establish/drive and evolve the online footprint of this exciting freight forwarding brand and more importantly provide a channel to deliver increased sales leads into the marketing and sales funnel.This is very much a "doer" role as opposed to a delegate role.Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to content calendar in response to relevant Marketing Plans and own appropriate content.
  • Create agreed digital content and / or manage through incumbent creative agencies as appropriate
  • Management of all website and social channels content updates.
  • Management of Social Media channels: Enter, create, curate, post, and monitor content in line.
  • Performance monitoring and analysis of Social Media Channels, Websites, etc
  • Engage in social listening to identify and report on trends.
  • Manage the development of SEO as well as campaign optimisation.
  • Input to annual budgeting process (from annual plan) and budget management for assigned tasks.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales management team to identify new opportunities.
  • To be successful in thos role you will need.
  • Proven project management skills - ability to plan, prioritise, coordinate, and communicate.
  • Extensive experience of Google Analytics, Search Console, Optimisation.
  • CRM experience (ideally HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator or similar platforms (for creating and adjusting content assets).
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure of tight deadlines.
  • Problem Solving - ability to overcome obstacles and find solutions to broadly set objectives.
  • Influencing - ability to engage individuals at all levels and in different business functions.
  • Critical Thinking and Analysis - interpreting verbal and numerical data to arrive at useful insights
  • Teamwork and collaboration - working with individuals across the organization to solve common problems.
  • Energy & Initiative - setting about tasks with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Must have exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ideally 5 years relevant experience in a marketing department or agency
  • Excellent project management and reporting skills
  • Numerate and articulate
  • Good relationship and networking skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
