Job Description

Customer service Coordinator, Permanent £28k, based at Ditton Manor working 5 x 8hr shifts (5 out of 7 days including some weekend work between the hours of 6am and 9pm) * driving licence and car essential*This is an excellent opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding company who provide services to the Film and Media industry.We are looking to recruit a professional customer service coordinator / administrator to work on client sites and off site locationsSo as the Customer service coordinator what will you be doing Working as part of the team on the Concierge Service Desk to ensure that all incoming calls and emails are dealt with promptly and clients are booked in for appointmentsCollating and distributing result information and other necessary information in an accurate and timely fashion to internal departments and clientsAnswer incoming enquiries, provisional bookings and associated testing requirement for film and media clients and private customersTo respond promptly to all client enquiries,preparing quotes and booking of appointments and associated diary managementTo act as a liaison between clients and departments as requested, to assist in problem solving and promoting customer satisfaction where appropriateAccurately log all swabs/client information and ensure verification checks are completedSo, as the Customer Service Coordinator what will you need to have

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a customer facing, or business administrative focused role
  • Strong administration skills, specifically Microsoft Excel & Outlook
  • High level of accuracy, good eye for detail and the ability to work at pace
