Job Description

Customer Service Analyst (SAP), Slough. In this role you will manage the relationship with a remote busy contact centre. You will ensure SLAs are followed and you will gather data and provide weekly reports and analysis on all key KPIs.

  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Manage relationship with remote contact centre
  • Ensure all details of SLA are adhered to
  • Using your own knowledge and insight to monitor the main KPIs
  • Manipulate and present complex KPI data to key stakeholders on a weekly basis
  • Using Excel to a VLookUp and Pivot Table level
  • Deal with order processing, warehouse and 3PL
ProfileYou will have the experience of the above and gained it in a business that has a product that they manufacture or sell rather than a service.You will be confident in you own communication style, you will be working with Directors and business leads in the UK and elsewhere in Europe.You will have good experience of working in a customer service team and understand how they workThis is likely to be your second or third professional career positionYou will have the right to work in the UK, unfortunately there is no sponsorship availableJob OfferSalary of circa £30,000 - £40,000
