Job Description

Compliance Risk Assessor - SloughSalary £29,000 - £34,000 + BenefitsMy Client is one of the UKs foremost providers of specialist ventilation hygiene and legionella control. They have been operating for over 40 years and are well established within the industry. They are offering an exciting opportunity for someone to jointheir team of Risk assessors based in Slough.The company covers sectors such as social housing, pubs/restaurants, hotels/stadiums, food production, healthcare and education. They have built up a reputation of comprehensive and compliant solutions for building managers in all aspects.The duties of your role will include;

  • Carrying out various assessments, including Legionella and Ventilation (BS EN 15780) risk assessments compliant with L8, on clients premises throughout the UK.
  • To establish statutory compliance and benchmark systems against the industry recognised standards as appropriate.
  • Liaise with customers or representatives and agree an appropriate plan of action if their site does not meet L8 practice.
  • Temperature Monitoring
  • Service Inspections
  • Tank Cleaning
  • TMV Servicing
  • Closed Loop testing
  • Ability to produce schematic drawings
