Job Description

Commercial Asbestos SurveyorUp to £36,000 + BenefitsSlough, BerkshireOur client is an independently run Asbestos Management and Removal Consultancy that provide a wide range of asbestos services that include Asbestos Management, Asbestos removals and Consultancy. Due to new contract wins, our client is seeking a professionaland multi-skilled Commercial Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to cover a variety of commercial projects located across London and the Home Counties.Essential Requirements:

  • BOHS P402, P403 + P404/RSPH3 qualified
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in asbestos surveying commercial and/or healthcare premises
  • Excellent understanding of the health and safety legislation in relation to asbestos
  • Competent in completing Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a range of commercial and/or healthcare premises
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of HSG: 264
  • Performing asbestos Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys of different types of buildings in line with the requirements of HSG 264
  • Producing asbestos survey reports promptly in order to be sent to the clients
  • Remaining up to date with asbestos legislation and industry best practice
  • Assist in the training of less experienced team members
