Job Description

CNC Programmer – Contract Manufacturing Permanent contract Circa £40k + amazing benefits SloughVantaStaffing are the exclusive staffing partner to a well-established engineering workshop who provide vital contract manufacturing services to a number of industries.Due to an expanding business & internal promotions, we are looking for 2 CNC Machine Operators for their busy workshop.The successful CNC Programmer duties will include;

  • Setting up, operating & maintaining glass manufacturing machinery as per SOP & In line with health and safety
  • Manufacturing architectural glass as per client spec
  • Work to current standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
  • Ad-here to all workshop SOP’s and co’ health and safety procedures
  • Communicate with team leaders, managers and clients to ensure streamlined production
  • Update and manage their computer systems (full training provided)
  • Quality Check all finished items pointing out errors or areas for improvement
  • Hours of work, Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm (some overtime opportunities available)

  • Experience using MAZAK conversational controls
