Collaborate with external agencies and caregivers to devise and evaluate comprehensive care plans, employing a flexible and holistic approach. Deliverinsightful reports on service performance to senior management, ensuring the seamless implementation of Social Services and national policies. Foster productive working relationships within the team and engage with pertinent agencies for holistic client care.Requirements:Holder of a recognized social work qualification (CQSW, CSS, Dip SW). Ability to thrive in a dynamic organizational setting, adept at adapting to change. Proficient in IT tools such as Word and Excel. Exceptional English communication skills, both writtenand verbal. Capable of collaborative teamwork and adept at motivating others.
